This reliable hot-air station is a good choice for long-time operation and long lifetime even in high temperature. The full metal design provides ESD protection, low noise, low vibration and efficient cooling.
You can set the temperature and airflow independent of each other while the control loop delivers you exactly the temperature you need even for temperature-sensitive components like QFP, PLCC, SOP and BGA. The intelligent cooling system switches of the power only if the temperature is less than 100°C to prevent over-heating after power off.
